Atlanta service lifecycle management software company Servigistics Inc. merged with MCA Solutions.
Financial terms were not disclosed. Servigistics said its majority shareholder Marlin Equity Partners funded the deal to boost Servigistics’ strategic growth.
Servigistics plans to add to its portfolio MCA’s offerings in performance management, business design, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning, contract management, network design, lifecycle management, budget management and supplier management.
MCA’s offices in Philadelphia and Brussels, Belgium will become Servigistics offices.
